Remote Access
In the event of a problem, customers must be helped quickly and effectively. That is why we offer remote support for all automatic, semi-automatic, and µPlacer machines. This gives service technicians immediate access to problem cases and provides assistance in resolving them.
No software installation or advanced user rights (e.g., administrator rights) are required to set up remote access. All that is required is Internet access.
As soon as the user grants access on site, remote access gives the service technician direct access to the operating software, placement and configuration data, and the actual placement system. This allows for a comprehensive and well-founded diagnosis within a very short time.
The use of standard software ensures maximum security and availability for both the customer and the service technician. Remote access is implemented 100% through Internet browser functions. Therefore, no additional programs need to be installed on the customer's computer.
During the warranty period, remote access is included in the machine package free of charge.
