Customized FEEDER systems

The Fritsch company offers feeders for customer-specific applications. The motor-driven feeder for rolls or sticks in combination with the 4-way rack can be used for various integrations.

The singleFEEDER can be flexibly combined and controlled and have an easily accessible control panel for manual forward and reverse feed. They take 8 “rolls as standard. With extensions, however, 13 “rolls can also be processed.

The FEEDER are available in different shapes and sizes from 8 - 88 mm tape width and are designed for the processing of plastic and paper belts. Bar goods can also be fed in via the vibrationsFEEDER. Both the amplitude and the frequency can be set here, which allows the feed to be optimally adapted to the set-up components.

Shape adjustments for optimal adaptation to the overall system are possible.
