The FRITSCH machines realize your themes of automation by using high flexibility and a lot of options.
The typical production of electronics requires several production steps, too. To meet these requirements the FRITSCH machines can be combined by SMEMA-compatibilty.
In electronics, only SMDs are now mainly used. Yet, there are still some fields of application where wired structural forms are used. One of these fields is power electronics.
Thanks to their many years of experience, FRITSCH have various solutions to be able to feed and assembly wired components.
The equipment has a dispensing and a pick & place unit. In the first step, the dispensing dots are placed with soldering paste and the components are placed in the second unit. Both units are connected by way of an inline system to carry the workpiece carrier.
The resistors are picked directly from the reel, bent and cut to the right length and made available to the pick & place head for assembly.
In order to manufacture power units at optimal cost, various electronic circuits are ever frequently integrated right on the motor itself.
The equipment takes care of the following production steps:
- Assembling the workpieces to the carrier
- Applying the plug contacts
- Dispensing the soldering paste for the components
- Assembling the components
- Soldering in an inline soldering device
