Activators are needed for different types of bonding to ensure a permanent stable contact.
The equipment has a dispensing machine for applying the adhesive to the workpiece as well as a pick & place machine for the subsequent assembly to the final product. In order to guarantee cycle times, the spraying of the activator has been integrated in the feeding of the counter component.
