Conformal Coating

To guarantee functionality and long-time realibility of PCBs the protection of components is necessary. Covering of protecting varnish helps to defend the components from external influences. According to implemented medium various methods can be used.

For the application of conformal coating these valves are in use:

• Time-pressure dispenser valve

• Precision dispenser valve

• Screw dispenser valve
  The rotating and pressure-tight displacement System enables a high repeatability also for minimum quantities.
• Spray dispensing
  Low to medium viscosity media can be constantly applicated.
