Vision System
The vision system facilitates the exact positioning of the stencil especially by fine structures and increases the accuracy of the printing result. The optional microprocessor controlles the lowering of the squeegee its motoric feed rate and causes a constant and reproducable printing. After printing the table is automatically parallel lowered by pneumatic cylinders and the printer can be opened. The operating of all processor controlled functions of the printer is effected by an intuitive optimal touch-display.
Vacuum table
A vacuum table can be integrated for the production of flexible circuit carriers. The vacuum table is used to securely fix foils or thin circuit boards. Converting from the vacuum table to the conventional circuit board holder and vice versa is uncomplicated, because it is attached to the printing table with a magnetic foil.
Vacuum circuit board holder
The vacuum circuit board holder fixes circuit boards securely in the stencil printer using a vacuum. The vacuum is automatically deactivated after the printing process in order to be able to easily remove the circuit board. The holder has individually placeable vacuum cups that pull a circuit board to the correct height.
Drawer system
FRITSCH has a pneumatic drawer system in its range for the printALL210/L. This offers advantages over the conventional lowering mechanism. By extending the print area, the print result is more accessible and a good visual check is also possible. As a result, the workflow is more automated.
Quick Setup
The flexible PCB intake enables the stencil printer to be set up within only a few minutes. The adaptions to a different frame format can be made without tools. The optional test print frame reduces the minmial set up time once again.
Quick change frame
Common, sturdy aluminium frames and other usual quick change systems such as Stencilman, VectorGuardTM and Zelflex or the like are used without the need for further adaptions.
That enables the printing of the smallest of PCBs up to a maximum printing surface of 440 x 430 mm.
Prototype frame
No standard stencils are manufactured for the likes of prototypes or small series. Instead of that, small stencils are made available that are only a few millimetres larger than the PCBs. With the prototype frame, precisely such stencils can also be fixed and coated professionally. For smaller stencils, there is a hand scraper included; larger stencils (> 250 mm) can be manufactured as usual.
