To optimally complement our product range, we offer a wide selection of soldering systems. Whether for prototype or series production – with us you will find the right oven for every requirement. Depending on the need, our systems can be used both as a stand-alone solution and flexibly integrated into existing production lines, for example in combination with placement or dispensing machines (inline reflow ovens).
Batch-Solder Systems
The reflow soldering of SMD-assembled modules as well as the curing of adhesives can be easily and economically realized with batch soldering systems. The main advantages include the small space requirement as well as the extremely attractive price-performance ratio.

Inline Reflow Ofen
The hot air convection oven guarantees environmentally friendly, lead-free soldering of printed circuit boards with a large variety of components, including QFP, BGA/CSP, etc. The production of small to medium-sized series is the optimal area of application.
Outlines of boards or components can be easily measured and analyzed using the integrated thermal sensor.
Several multi-channel measuring instruments are also available.
